Azure Web App First time loading is slow -

wep app runs in azure , "always on" set "on" still first time loading (e.g. first time in day.) takes on minute load web page.

can give suggestion how remove waiting time, because not acceptable wait such long time web page open?

testing - Detect whether test has failed within fixture -
