css - sass :first-child selector not working -

i have element in ng-repeat

i need increase height of 1st panel div ;i gave class="panel-height"

the sass code gave 

  div .panel-height {     &:first-child {         height: 500px;     }   }

but not working,no idea im going wrong

How to start daemon on android by adb -
